Manage your money on the go with Online & Mobile Banking!

Our Digital Banking services will be upgraded on February 23, 2021. Following the upgrade, please follow these steps to login to your account for the first time.

• Visit the bank’s homepage at
• Find the login section at the top of the page
• Use your existing Access ID and a new temporary Passcode that you will be prompted to reset. The temporary Passcode = Current Access ID + last four digits of your social security number. (ex. jdoe19601234)
• The system will walk you through the registration process. You will set up a new password, select new security questions, and verification of email address.
• If your email is not currently on file with us, the system will prompt you to enter a valid email address at this time.

If you are a smart phone mobile banking user, you must download the new Community First Bank of the Heartland mobile banking app after system upgrades are completed on February 23, 2021. Download the new app by searching for “Community First Bank of the Heartland” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Apps.

Important information regarding Bill Pay:

• If you have used Bill Pay in the past, your bill pay information will automatically be converted to the new system.
• Any payee statements (ex. store credit cards) that were being delivered electronically through bill pay will not be converted. You will need to set those up again if you enjoy the convenience of electronic delivery of statements into your bill pay screen.
