If you were one of our customers who received a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan, a simplified form for loan forgiveness for loans $50,000 or less is now available on SBA's site. You complete the form and supply it along with your payroll documentation to the bank and it will be submitted to SBA on your behalf.
